Description
The Toronto skyline is changing by the day, and as new high-rises continue to pop up all over the city, postcard-worthy views are being transformed significantly. Many popular angles of the city skyline are almost unrecognizable when compared with similar vantage points from just a few years back.
The CN Tower, the worlds tallest freestanding structure, stands behind Skydome Stadium, renamed Rogers Centre, as iconic landmarks on the skyline.
Both structures are extremely important to the tourist trade in Toronto, and the stadium houses both major sporting events and trade shows throughout the year.
Heading out into the water is the best way to get a direct perspective of the entire Toronto skyline.
This shot was taken from a boat tour around the harbor and Toronto islands.
